For the exchange of orders, delivery notes and invoices with its suppliers, Vilgain prefers a structured electronic form of these documents. Thanks to this, it will be possible to achieve faster and more accurate transfer of documents, their automatic processing and the elimination of errors that arise when working with data manually.

The next step is to set up the mutual exchange of business and logistics documents. To exchange documents in a structured electronic format, you can choose between the EDI solution ORiON provided byus, or use your current EDI solution and connect to Vilgain through that.
